Raffle and prizes

Hey everyone,

Mo and I drew all the raffle prizes out tonight.

See the Google doc here with ticket numbers and what you won. People have 72 hours to get back to us. You can claim your prize at the Sierra Point night race this coming weekend at my race tent or at SSCXWC. Just bring your ticket stub! If you live far away, send an email to us and we can ship. We’d prefer you’d pick up at a race to save time and cost if you can please.

To everyone who helped with the event and to all of you who came out to race, THANK YOU from all of us. That went as smoothy as we could have hoped for!

I just went down to see Jeff at the Loin and got the tee shirt order. They fit a bit longer than your normal tee, that way when you are on the bike they don’t ride up and show your coin slot. Once again Jeff comes though!

The course is all set and it’s SUPER FUN!

The course is set and I believe it’s 2.04 miles long with ~120 ft of climbing per lap. The run is great, the whoops section is money and the farm field will be in great shape with this rain. Two sets of two boards and one barrier of unusual size. Race day is 20% chance of showers, high in the upper 50′s. Cross season IS here! We’ve got a boat load of prizes from Ritchey and WTB and Marin and Shimano are kicking down the cash. Come out and race!

When is the kids race?

Right! The kids race will be held as close to noon as we can manage.

We couldn’t get Santa for this event, (he’s reviewing who’s been good and bad, gotta get a jump on these things) so we got Paule Bates instead. Your kids can get their photo taken with the Legend of the Roaring Mouse team live and in person! Autographs cheerfully given. Look for Paule (pronounced Paul-E) at the Stafford Lake CX race this Sunday! Paule is a punk rocker, like Sheena.
